ibajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by ibajee may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the ibajee Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibajee login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes with any third party. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
The minimum deposit amount on ibajee is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. ibajee reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ibajee account within seconds under normal network conditions. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts that have passed KYC verification are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ibajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All ibajee account balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ibajee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ibajee accepts no responsibility.
ibajee holds player funds in accounts that are kept separate from ibajee's operational funds. In the event of business insolvency, player fund balances are protected to the extent permitted by applicable financial arrangements. ibajee does not guarantee the return of player funds beyond what is expressly maintained in such protected accounts.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ibajee are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ibajee are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x), must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
ibajee actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, hedging bets to reduce risk during wagering periods, placing low-risk wagers on outcomes with near-certain results, and using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
ibajee periodically offers seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladesh sports and cultural calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, and Pohela Boishakh. Details of each promotion are published on the relevant ibajee promotional page and are subject to the terms set out therein.
All bets placed on ibajee are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct selection, stake amount, and bet type are entered before confirming a wager. ibajee will not reverse or amend any correctly processed bet on the grounds of player error.
ibajee reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds displayed, technical failures during bet processing, match abandonment or postponement not covered by specific event rules, or evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's ibajee account.
ibajee applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform and are updated periodically. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. ibajee reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted at incorrect in-play odds due to data feed errors may be voided at ibajee's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibajee Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the ibajee Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the ibajee brand identity, is the property of ibajee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ibajee content without express written permission.
ibajee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ibajee uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores data on secure servers. ibajee does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibajee, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, system failures, or errors in game outcomes.
ibajee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ibajee account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ibajee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
ibajee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ibajee reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action.
Players may request closure of their ibajee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and applicable verification checks.
Upon termination of an account, all pending bets that were placed before the termination date will be settled according to their respective outcomes. Bets placed after the notification of termination may be voided at ibajee's discretion.
